Custom Windows of Texas, LLC. – Manufacturer of custom-sized, made-to-order vinyl and aluminum windows, storm windows and solar screens for the home remodeling, commercial and custom-home contractor markets.
CHALLENGE
The company had an outdated site that was essentially an electronic version of their brochure which was doing very little to generate new business and increase sales.
SOLUTION
We discussed the business objectives to be achieved by the redesign and the information that prospects and customers needed from the site in order to buy. The redesign focused on the product options by using photographs and an online gallery that showed “before” and “after” images. The new navigation followed a logical sequence to guide the visitor through the site. An online RFQ form gathered relevant information without overwhelming the visitor and allowed the client to provide accurate estimates.

Results
A very successful site launch with immediate results:

- Three more quotes within 30 days of the launch
