Challenge: VENKEL LTD. needed us to support their inside sales efforts to proactively communicate with their current customers, solidify existing relationships, initiate new ones and convert one-time visitors into long-term customers.

1st Alert from Venkel Ltd.Solution: After reviewing various options for e-mail marketing and direct mail, we initiated a permission-based email marketing campaign that is delivered once a month to a highly targeted subscriber base of design engineers and OEM manufacturers. Our turnkey solution included:

  • Merging and purging in-house list
  • Setting up a secured online subscriber database
  • Sending out a permission letter with opt-in option that was in compliance with CAN SPAM
  • Developing a HTML template for the newsletter with an automatic unsubscribe option
  • Copywriting and producing monthly newsletters and year-end wrap-up issues
