Custom Windows of Texas, LLC. – Manufacturer of custom-made, energy-efficient vinyl and aluminum windows and patio doors that are made specifically to stand up to the Gulf Coast climate and serves the home remodeling, commercial and custom-home contractor markets.

Challenge: The company had an outdated site and needed to revamp it in order to generate new business and increase sales.

Solution: We consulted with the client to plan the redesign with the business objectives in mind. After a month of planning and consulting with the client, we recommended a complete site redesign with new content that was more educational in helping their customers choose the right energy efficient replacement window.

Custom Windows of Texas

Based on that site redesign plan, we provided the following:

  • The new site was was 100% CSS driven making it much more search engine friendly
  • Internal linking with keywords in anchor text was used extensively to help in search engine ranking
  • Structure and content were separated for the client to easily update site content
  • Project gallery included more informative captions that were visible to search engines (text) and the gallery was made more interactive
  • An announcement for a new product was included with the built-in flexibility of growing this section in the future without a major redo
  • A video from the glass manufacturer was included to educate the market about a revolutionary new naturally clean glass
  • A buyer resource section was developed with a complete glossary and RSS feeds

Results:

A very successful site launch with immediate results:

  • The very first project generated from the new site produced enough profits to pay for the entire cost of site development
  • Three more quotes within 30 days of the launch
  • Multiple phone leads received after visiting the new site
