30-Day Acceleration Plan
30-Day Manufacturing Marketing Acceleration Plan
The 30-Day Manufacturing Marketing Acceleration Plan is the first phase of my Fractional CMO engagement. It is designed to identify what is holding your marketing back, clarify priorities, and create a practical Plan of Action before ongoing execution begins.
This upfront phase gives us a structured way to assess your current marketing, align sales and marketing priorities, and define what needs to happen next—before moving into ongoing marketing leadership.

Manufacturing marketing usually breaks down for one of two reasons.
Either there is no clear strategy, or there is no one leading execution after the strategy is created.
That is why my Fractional CMO engagement is split into two practical phases:
- Phase 1: 30-Day Marketing Acceleration Plan — clarify priorities, identify gaps, and create a practical plan of action.
- Phase 2: Ongoing Marketing Leadership — manage execution, track performance, improve lead quality, and keep marketing aligned with sales.
The 30-day phase reduces guesswork. The ongoing phase turns the plan into consistent action for results.
The first 30 days set the direction for everything that follows.
Without experienced marketing leadership, activity can become reactive. Budgets get spent. Content gets created. Campaigns are launched, but the quality of leads, sales alignment, and pipeline contribution remain unclear.
The first 30 days help answer the questions that matter most:
- What is working now?
- What is not working?
- Where are the biggest gaps?
- Which priorities should come first?
- What is preventing better-quality leads?
- What needs to change before ongoing execution begins?
This is not about adding more marketing activity. It is about creating clarity, accountability, and a disciplined path forward.
The 30-Day Plan is a focused working engagement. It is designed to assess your current situation and define the right execution path.
During the first 30 days, I typically:
- Consult with leadership to clarify growth priorities, target markets, and internal constraints
- Review current marketing activities, messaging, and customer-facing touchpoints
- Evaluate your website, content, collateral, and digital presence
- Identify messaging gaps, content gaps, and missed lead generation opportunities
- Review available analytics, lead flow, and reporting
- Assess how well marketing supports sales conversations and qualification
- Define practical KPIs tied to lead quality, sales opportunities, and pipeline progression
- Develop a documented, prioritized Plan of Action for Day 31 and beyond
Deliverable: A documented, prioritized Plan of Action that becomes the operating framework for ongoing Fractional CMO leadership and execution.
The 30-day phase is not meant to be a one-and-done consulting assignment.
That is an important distinction.
A marketing consultant may come in to solve a specific problem, deliver recommendations, and leave. That can be useful when you already know exactly what needs to be fixed.
My Fractional CMO role is different.
After the first 30 days, I can continue working with you as part of your marketing team. I help implement the plan, guide priorities, manage execution (If you have an in-house team), and provide executive-level marketing leadership as your needs evolve.
The 30-day plan creates the direction. Ongoing Fractional CMO leadership helps turn that direction into consistent action, measurement, and improvement.
You are not left with a document and a list of recommendations to figure out on your own. You have access to experienced marketing leadership for as long as you need it.
The 30-Day Manufacturing Marketing Acceleration Plan is a fixed-fee engagement.
First 30 days: $6,000
Beginning on Day 31, ongoing monthly retainers start at $5,700/month, depending on scope, complexity, and level of involvement.
No. The 30-day plan stands on its own. You will receive a practical Plan of Action that gives you direction, priorities, and next steps.
That said, most manufacturers benefit from continuing into ongoing Fractional CMO leadership because execution is where many marketing plans break down.
Remember, a plan by itself won’t produce any results.
